Resolutions are for losers. We are inginting the weight loss REVOLUTION!

Revolutionary step one:
I-Slim Diet Rescue with ALL carbohydrate meals (because you know you’re going to eat them) it’s going to take more than one day to correct the festive season’s eating habits!
If you’ve started gym: you’re ahead of Superman, Spiderman and Batgirl: and ahead of yourself....if you haven’t started gym:  begin tomorrow with Superman and Catwoman!

Oh, and do remember: a Greek salad with extra feta, prawns and small side serving of chips is not a balanced meal...please revert to the LightHouse programme guidelines and begin your personal revolution.

Thanks for the tip...actually that made me go back and look at that page we had to complete when we joined: you know the one where you wrote down what your goals were?
